How he hasn't been NARU'd is beyond me! Oh well, one step at a time I guess!

He is either the dumbest shiller or eBay does not enforce their rules about bid shilling.

How funny would it be to email the other userID and say things like "I had a transaction with (his userID) and he was such a putz. What do you think of that guy???" How much would you wager that he would reply in utter defense of his alter-ego.
When you set out to makes fools of unsuspecting people, you are inviting contempt from the masses. Grrrrrr!

Have a look at my recent feedback. This guy leaves a slime trail everywhere he goes. Just ask chic-shopper about his dealings with him.
This buyer is the poster child for rude and argumentative. He keeps saying that I charged him $17.95 S/H and I keep supplying him a copy of his PayPal payment that shows he paid $11.95. And, to top it all off, I had discounted the S/H from an original $18.85 for a combined payment. Apparently you cannot please some people.
He also made a huge stink about paying the taxes. It was just one effort to start a fight after another. I just counted and we had a total of 28 emails go back and forth. I tried to keep my cool but, I swear, towards the end, I was prepared to lose it on the guy. If you have room on your BB list this guy is a definite candidate.

The seller that was the target of the original post has been NARU'd.
eBay.ca Trust & Safety has finally reacted a mere 15 days after reports were made. Now that's action!
NOT!!!

Don't try and figure out Trust & Safety... you'll only do yourself harm. :<)
Give them another couple of weeks to wrap it up.
It's amazing that they move this slowly on something this serious but if I use the wrong BidPay logo in my auctions they will crawl all over me in hours.
Kinda makes ya wonder...

I just have a nagging suspision that Trust & Safety in Canada is a part time effort put forward by someone from the eBay mailroom. I just don't understand why they move so slowly otherwise. By comparison, Trust & Safety in the USA moves at warp speed and in Canada on impulse only.
It's a shame 'cause we spend our money just like our friends to the south but don't get nearly the same level of service.
I would just love to be proved wrong!

You are so on the money about this, Bill. It never occured to me before you called attention to their reactions to our problems. Darn straight we pay good money too and our concerns should be taken every bit as seriously.
Want them to come out of the woodwork at warp speed? Don't pay your bill next month. How long do you think it will take to remove you from the premises.

I look at it this way - we lowly powersellers - without the aid of registration info or other internal tools - were able to determine within hours that this guy was shilling. Complaints were made to PS priortized support and it still tooks eBay more than two weeks to be thorough?!! No, I think you may have been closer to the mark in your first impression.
Yikes - I hope they can be so thorough (slow) the next time I inadvertingly use too large a BidPay logo or keyword spam. Theu always seem to catch those auctions on me within 24 hours of launch.
Cheers!
