Where oh where do I locate the "Block buyer" list?

Well I have a store so it might be different for you but I find the link on my summary page....

If you can not find it there click on site map (Bottom of page in fine blue print) Then look under SELLING ACTIVITIES and choose MANAGE BIDDERS
