the My Orders section has not been able to show me items I have purchased and not yet received so I can track them this has been 3 full days

Change your settings from "June" or "last month" (that would exclude the last three days) to last three months.

I can see mine (on a desktop computer, using Firefox) with out problem. Which "Filter" selection do you have picked for the order list?

 

 

This is a user forum. If you want to contact eBay support there is a link at the bottom of this page called "Help & Contact" -- that will take you to a help page, down near the bottom of that page is a "Need our assistance?" area, click on the "Contact us" bottom. Then you have to see if you can pick an item out of the different choices that comes close to matching the problem.  Contact choices are by phone.

 

If you can wait until Wednesday, you can post your problem in the http://community.ebay.ca/t5/Weekly-Chat-Session/bd-p/23000000073 forum (which does have an eBay contact person).

Track?

Not every seller uses any form of tracking or Delivery Confirmation, especially internationally.

If your item is later than you think it should be in arriving ( personally I allow 20 days in North America and 30 from Asia) you can open an Item Not Received Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded in full.

 

Tracking is a Seller Protection paid for by buyers. It does not move shipments any faster nor does it provide for gentler handling in transit.
