Why do I owe 40 dollars on an invoice? The only thing on the invoice is that I owe 40 dollars, but not what it is for.

I just received an invoice saying I owe 40 dollars.  It does not say what it is for.  I have only ever sold one thing.  I have not bought anything from this site in over a month.

No fees for buying but ebay would go broke if free for selling..
