Wrong Shipping Fee shows on Main Site

Hi,

I just listed a few items. On the main site, on one of my listings it shows a wrong shipping fee of $ 17.96! Only when you click on that item to check it out will you see the correct shipping fee of $ 9.18. What am I doing wrong?

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

You're not doing anything wrong in that situation.There are a few ebay shipping glitches that they are supposed to be working on and fixing. There is a thread about it here...    http://community.ebay.ca/t5/Seller-Central/Another-attack-on-Canadian-Sellers/m-p/242352#U242352

There are a couple of other things about your shipping that I would like to point out. Two of your items show that you ship only Canada which means that anyone shopping on ebay.com will not see them. At the minimum, you should consider shipping to the U.S. as well.

The other two listings show shipping to a variety of countries but the only shipping costs that can be seen are those for within Canada. For the U.S. if you have specified expedited parcel USA, then your packages are probably smaller than the minimum measurements for that service which are 21 14 x .5cm. For those particular items, I would probably use small packet rather than expedited or tracked packet because they are lower cost items. There is no tracking or insurance with small or light packet.

Minimum measurements for an expedited parcel within Canada is 10 x 7 x 1cm.

Your U.S. shipping has to be set up separately from shipping to other countries as the prices and services are different.
