Hi All,
Over on the US Power Seller board, a member has stated that a CSR told them that Zoom/Enlarge will be costing $1.00 by the end of the month.
I do my best to keep up with announcements and am wondering if this has come down in a memo somewhere or hopefully the member misunderstood???????
Anyone know?

I've seen this in some of my listings and don't want it. I certainly don't want it for $1 a pop! What I'm not sure of is how to get rid of it.
Dipmicro, it's a feature that's attached to thumbnails in search or in stores.

I suppose it's for people that can't figure out "Control/mouse wheel"

I seen this before and I don't like it. When I browse I move the mouse around and hate when it pops up covering the text. I would definitely not want it on my listings. especially not for $1.

The one that I hate the most is the "Categories" drop-down list.
Make a wrong move and - POW! - half of your screen is taken up with that thing. They should make it a clickable list or something.

The zoom/enlarge feature ONLY AFFECTS the gallery picture within your listing. It does not block anything. And, ONLY if a person clicks on it...does the photo enlarge.
It has nothing to do with anything else.
I don't need this feature as the pics I include WITHIN my listing write-up have this capability.
My concern is that eBay went through a period of time where they had major glitches with gallery pics being uploaded. I would notice this even before eBay would e-mail me and say, "Oops, sorry...it didn't work!" So, into the revising area of my listing to correct this and eBay would give the zoom/enlarge for free.
Now...IF they are going to start charging for this....I would like to know because I don't want to be dinged a $1.00 a pop! I had lots of photos that were affected and it would be a major chunk of change to pay for these.
That's why I was asking if anyone knew for sure if they were going to start charging or not as was mentioned on the US list.
If you have any information, let all of us know! I was hoping to avoid calling CS as it I have a better use for my time!
THANKS ALL!
