buying from the States

Hi there. A couple of days ago I found an item on ebay.com  which didn't have international shipping and so I contacted the seller who was perfectly happy to ship to me in B.C.  Between me and the seller we a haven't been able to figure out how I am able to purchase the item because paypal won't allow the transaction to go through without shipping in place.  Does the seller need to change where he will ship to in his listing for this transaction to go through?  His listing has shipping just to the U.S.  Thanks so much!

Hi mpit. Would help to have the item #. Check the shipping/ payment section , does seller require immediate payment. Would have to revise and remove that requirement or add shipping to canada.
