buying something as a guest user, and now I can't track the item

I bought an item in November as an ebay guest.  I received my email confirmation, but when I go to track the item, ebay can't find the order or the item number that I purchased.  now I  cant even contact ebay because they don't recall the item number.

How do I find the product or get my money back?  how can I phone ebay to ask questions?

If that doesn't work, which many people complain that it doesn't, then you can try clicking the Help&Contact link found at the top/bottom of every ebay page and then click on anything that will get you the blue phone symbol at the end of the page (it might take a few tries but just keep clicking on problem combinations until you get the phones)

You can also "skip" ebay completely at this point and log into PayPal if you paid that way, find the transaction there, and file an Item Not Received case ~ you have 180 days from the time of payment to file a case through PayPal to get your money back. If you paid with your credit card you can also call your CC company and open a dispute/chargeback for item not received directly through them.

I'm going through this right now.

I bought the item as a guest, cause I didn't want to register and have another damned account in another website.

Well, the item's supposed delivery date is for this Friday.
I get a nice little email saying they tried delivering it yesterday. I was home. ALL DAY. WITH MY kids. They had a day off school AND woke early.

Well, guess what? NO ONE knocked on the door, nor did they leave ANY sort of instructions on what to do. UNLESS they went to the Postal Office. Since I don't WORK at the postal office, of course I wouldn't be there at all.

I thought there was no way I could see/track my order without registering (what happens when you read fast), because of the email notification. So I made an account with the same email as my order, and now I can't find my order nor I can log in as a guest, because my email is registered. YAY!/sarcasm

SO, I will drive to the Postal Office and see what happens.

The item isn't supposed to be delivered until Friday, but I've already closed my account  with eBay so they can track my package. Wonder how this **bleep**storm's gonna go down.
