canada post LOGIN PROBLEMS? Anyone else??

Last 2 days when I try to login to Online Bus. Center, I keep receiving the same message:

"Dispatcher running, but no server connected!"

Few others on the other boards seem to be having the same problem...

Anyone else here? Or anyone know what the problem is??

I've had several problems like that. Last few have been due to "Backend Server Errors". Wait a bit and try again. It's usually corrected with 12 hours. It also tends to do this while processing some orders, so make sure you don't get double billed for anything if an error pops up mid way. I've had that happen too.

not working for me either...will probably be up later maybe they are doing sunday night maintenance?

It's just that it's been a couple days now... Is this problem usual with Canada Post ?

I was thinking that the "Online Business Center" and E.S.T. were actually reliable...not so!

I'm just glad I didn't actually have to use Canada Post this weekend or I'd be quite frustrated.

But why would it be working just perfect one day, and just suddenly crash for a whole weekend?

Does'nt or shouldn't CP have people who should monitor their web pages?

I find Sunday evenings it crashs quite a bit and doesnt get fixed until Monday. They must work monday to friday.
They need to fix there severs, IBM are the tech support for them

sounds like this happens alot...

maybe they don't get enough complaints!

I do understand normal site maintenance, but for over 24 hours??
