People are unable to go to the eBay Russia website.
The link redirects to the USA website.
Even if you type
http://www.ebay.ru
Into the browser you get redirected to the USA site.
There have been several posts on the .com answer centre since Saturday night by members trying to get to the Russian site or thinking they were on the Russian site.
Does anyone know how to report this?
I telephoned customer service twice.
The first time the agent didn't know what I was talking about.
The second time they understood the problem but said I would have to contact the eBay Russia site.
Which you can't do if you can't get on the page.
With the thousands of people effected it is hard to believe eBay does not know about the problem.
