Does it say free insertion fees? That means you won't pay to list an item on eBay -- you only pay if the item is sold.

For most categories, eBay charges a final value fee of 10% of the total sale amount (includes shipping & handling). For sales to buyers with international addresses, the final value fee on the shipping is based on the least expensive domestic option.
PayPal charges 2.9% + $0.30 of the transaction amount and there's a 1% cross-border fee for payments received from buyers outside Canada and the US.
