Why cant i get to or add to my cart to purchase items ?

ive been trying to purchase the items i have in my cart for a few days now.. ive tried reseting my internet connection, signing out and in again and a different internet server nothings working

Hi ..Cart is not available to eBay ca. Down the road it will be. Sign out and log into your account @ ebay. com (us) and your cart will be there.
