how do I place my item on 10% off?

I'm rather new to selling on ebay and I just don't have time to read through all the posts here to find my answer.  Hoping to place my items on 10% before the auction time ends.  Thank you for your patience with a relative newb.

Only fixed price listings can be put on sale,not auction listings.this only applies to sellers who have an eBay store. Here is the eBay page on putting items on sale.

If you learn some HTML codes you can add it to the discription section in the HTML tab.
