how do you Cancel a bidder

I would like to know how would I cancel a bidder, I do not accept 0 feedback bidders.

PLEASE HELP ME,  I NEED TO CANCEL THE BIDDER FAST

They already have retracted their bid on 1 item so ask them

to retract their bid on the other 2 items.

Everyone starts with 0 feedback,

Even you started with 0 10 years ago.

Better block 1-feedback bidders too, because that 1 feedback could be fake.
