 There's no number, email address or customer representative to help you with any problems.

for people with mobile apps, wouldn't it be great if eBay actually gave you an alert to say it's been 25 days since you purchase this item, i think it would really help to minimize the the of person's being ripped off. 

unless of course eBay does not care what happens to it's customers long as they keep making money.

You have 45 days to file an Item Not Received case but, you're right, you have to do it from a desktop or smartphone which allows website browsing. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The mobile apps make it very easy to buy but not to resolve any problem that might arise. Best of luck going forward.

Or you could add your purchase to your daybook app, to remind you about deadlines as well as dentist appointments.

Why 25 days btw? You have up to 45 days to open a Dispute although most will encourage you to open it no later than Day42.

If your item is coming from Asia, 30 days is a reasonable wait, unless you paid for Air Mail.

From Europe 7 to 15 days.

From Canada or USA allow 15 to 20 days.

It could take less, but those are in my experience ample.
