Contact the seller.

He can set up a private listing for you (ask him to use your name as the title so only you find it).

Or he can bill you through PP's Send Money.

Just to be clear though, did one of you cancel the order?

There's a good chance the seller no longer wants to deal with you, for whatever reason.
