Yes, but there are issues pasting the code given by YouTube into an eBay listing.

eBay user shipscript has made a tool to help you with the HTML for YouTube.  The tool web page is here

The you copy the results and paste into your listing in HTML mode.

If you have any issues with the above, post your issue in the eBay.com forum Photos & HTML. shipscript reads that forum daily and will help.
