how to get a feedback changed

I got a negative feedback and the buyer said they would change it but I have to request it and can't find out where I go to have it done.

In this link down on the right hand side there is a section called feedback.

click on the bottom for feedback revision and fill in the proper info.

You have to get the seller you left the negative for to send you a request to change it.
