how to request a corrected invoice

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to request a second invoice from the seller? The first had an incorrect amount for the shipping cost, and neither of us know what to do next.  The seller says I must request the total again, but i don't seem to have that option anymore.

Be sure to tell him to enter the correct shipping but not  click on recalculate . Just preview  and send.
