When is it too late to do anything about an item not received?

I paid on January 30th. The item shipped on february 5th and I have not seen it yet. I contacted the seller who will ship another in the morning. If the second one does not arrive am I at a loss because it's past 45 days? I am in Canada and the seller is in The States. The seller does not have tracking for international shipments.

You are at a loss unless you paid by credit card.

If you paid by credir card phone the 1-800 number on the back

and ask about doing a chargeback.

Have all your info handy before making the call.

Payment was made via PayPal. Hopefully the seller will come through.

Can still request a chargeback if PP payment was funded with card.
