If it has been less than 45 days since end of sale, file an item not received dispute today. Do not close it based on the seller's promise to refund if you do. Do not allow the deadline to escalate the dispute to a claim pass. If the seller sends you a transaction cancellation, select the Decline option. After you have been refunded, leave the appropriate feedback.
Speaking of feedback, you have not left any for any of your sellers. It is courteous to leave feedback for sellers. You could say something like "smooth transaction", "fast shipping", "item as described" or whatever describes the transaction without stating anything personal.
