Are you just telling the seller you have sent payment? No problem, but he gets that information directly from Paypal. He now has up to seven days to ship although most sellers try to ship within 24 hours.
Your item should arrive within 20 days. Mark your calendar, and if there is a problem come back then.
Is your seller claiming that you did not pay? If he says this in an email/eBay message reply directly through the email/message. Include the Paypal transaction number and the date of the payment.
If he has opened an Unpaid Item Dispute , give the PP transaction number and date in the Dispute text box.
If the seller has fewer than 20 transactions, he may still be having his customers' payments Held by PP against his performance.
If this is his first transaction he may not know this. Give him the PP transaction number and date. He does have to ship within 7 days, although he will not be paid for up to 21 days.
If you paid from your bank balance instead of your credit card, your payment may not have cleared the banking system yet. This can take upwards of ten days. Your seller cannot print your shipping label until the payment has cleared.
