increasing the cost during the process of ordering

Does the seller have the right to record the cost of an item $35, and just when the buyer is ordering, increase it abruptly to $150? This was happenned for two times when I was ordering "

What is the item #? so we can check it out.

It is $35 for the pillowcases and $150 for a king size bedding set.  The price changes once you choose your options.

I do think that it is misleading because it does seem at first that the set is $35 but once you click on the different choices, it shows the correct price. If you look at that item on a search page, it does say that the price ranges from $35 to $150.
