invalid postal code, someone has the solution ?

I read a lot of posts, tried all the advises, and still ain't able have shipping cost calculated. There is always the "please enter valid postal code".

At least, how can I contact Ebay to have help ?

Instead of using your own postal code - which somehow does not work - I suggest you use the postal code for your city hall.

The results will be accurate.

By the way when entering a Canadian postal code, you need to enter three letters and three numbers alternatively - nothing else

VALID:  A2A2A2 (letter, number, letter, number, letter, number)

NOT VALID: A2A-2A2

Keep in mind that the letter (l) is not the same as the number "1"

and the letter "O" is not the same as the number "0"

How to contact ebay ? Just before christmass and I canot but from US....
