is there a delay in china shipping to canada

so i ordered some things from china, and thailand, its been over six weeks and nothing came, and recently, about a week to two weeks ago, i ordered some thing that i needed urgently, is shipping just delayed due to the huricane and typhoon, will my package come, was it just the first two package that went missing because i don't want all the stuff i ordered to go missing

Six weeks is a long time.

You only have 45 days in which to open a dispute but never wait that long.

I figure day 40 at the latest to open a dispute.

Most arrive from China in 30 days. Regardless , protect your payment. Go to the resolution center in your PayPal and open item not received disputes for those items. Escalate to a claim.

Its best to always open claims by day 43 from payment date.
