Is this what you are looking for for?
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/AMIGA-4000-/252361043064
It looks like you either ended it or eBay removed it.
You can check your messages at http://mesg.ebay.ca/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0 to see if eBay removed it.
To relist the item, go to eBay.ca > (hold your pointer over) My eBay > All Selling > (scroll down to the section with unsold items) > Relist. Here is a direct link: http://my.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbayBeta&CurrentPage=MyeBayNextUnsold.
Hope this helps.

It takes up to 24 hours for a new listing to 'index' and appear on the site.
At the moment you have three items listed.
Usually it is a little faster, but eBay is cautious with new sellers (like you), occasional sellers, and listings in high value or high fraud categories.
You should be able to see the listing when you click on your own site from 'Selling' even before it is available to the general publis.
The other side of this is that when your items do sell, the cleared payments will be held for 21 days against your good customer service. In spite of this, you are expected to ship within 7 days.
PP will allow you to use your payment to buy their shipping labels -- and you get a discount of between 5% and 17% from PO counter prices on some of the services. So it's not all bad.

I can see your item but I would warn you that selling it like you are is asking for problems.
In your listing:
