missing info in account

I have a problem with the information being displayed on my account. Back on Oct 1 2013 I purchased a USB cable. I needed one that was compatible for a certain digital camera. I haven't received it yet but that's not my main problem right now. My problem is the entire listing and transaction info from that sale has been completely deleted from my account and I'm pretty sure I did not delete or archive it. Already checked the archive and it's not there. So what are my options here?
