you don't have to give me an unpaid item strike yo can send me a request to cancle the purchse and I can accept it but if you file an unpaid item claim im leaveing negitive feedback so the choice is yours im just asking you kindly to send me a request to cancel and you can just relist you don't have to be tacky about this.. let me know what you choose enjoy your negitive feedback as well 🙂- scotiasilver

If they don't pay eBay will remove the negative.
Call customer service and tell them that you got a negative feedback from a non paying bidder.

That sounds like feedback extortion to me and is not allowed by ebay I would report him for sure.

When an Unpaid Item case is closed after 8 days with the nonpayer getting a strike, any feedback left by either party can be removed by ebay. There are certain situations in which a buyer can indeed threaten to leave negative. The following link shows what is and is not permissible regarding feedback extortion:

Feedback extortion or not, this buyer doesn't deserve a mutual cancelation request. With his attitude there is the chance of him reusing the mutual cancelation request and retaining the ability to leave you negative feedback As well as you moot getting your final value fees back.
check out the feedback this buyer has left for others, does he have a history of leaving negative feedback for sellers.
