The US based reps are not too clear on the concept of 'we are not in the USA' and baffled that we don't use USPS for mailing.
The Phillipinos are sometimes using their third language (and to be fair, many Canadians are allophone rather than anglophone) and are not well trained in the regulations governing non -dotCOM sellers.
