purchased 2 instead of 1 in error

I bought 2 flat irons from the same seller in error.I put the first one in the cart(without paying for it)then remembered to go through "

airmiles shops" and purchased a second one.I have not paid for either yet.I contacted the seller and they are fine with shipping one of them.They claim they"dont know how to cancel pending order" and suggested I do this through ebay.The item # appears to be the same for both(which is puzzling)# 300924084530. I want the one I purchased through airmiles shops which was today at 10:39 am,NOT 10:37,please advise on how to proceed,thanks,cathie Keeler

I encountered the same problem last night, is this a system error or anything else? I'm a newbie on Ebay but fairly tech savvy,   this kind of issue is just negative for future deals. Is there any solution for this? Thanks for your help!
