Christmas came early!
You may be able to check back on the tracking and find the address of the sender.
If you did not open the package, you could then mark it Return to Sender and drop it back in the mail.
If you did open the package you could do some detective work and contact the seller (if all you have is the address, a postcard with your phone or email would be simple). Ask her what she wants to do.
You are not required to spend any of your money to correct her mistake.
