Please also note that all companies need to consistently provide service that result in a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes setting and meeting expectations by providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. I hope you understand that once a customer has been restricted from selling because eBay has failed to meet the requirements that customer will no longer use eBay as either a buyer or seller and will use social media to inform others of this failure.
I am not interested to continue use of my account for buying, leave Feedback, access emails in My Messages and do most other administrative tasks without a basic store on eBay. In addition, I have used other platforms and have found that eBay users are more reliable with more consistency for me to succeed online. I appreciate your eagerness to reinstate my account, so I recommend you to take a look into different methods to accomplish this and take with you the things you learned as an eBay Trust & Safety employee. Please remember that eBay is a platform for your job to find style of service and selling. You can take this and turn it into something bigger as I have seen this many others do, so there is no reason why you can benefit from your experience on eBay.
