 Thank you for writing to me regarding reinstating my account. I understand that you very much want resolve the issues on my account so I can use it again. I would be glad to have your assistance on this matter of unfair treatment to a valuable eBay customer I greatly appreciate your effort to resolve the issue on my account. However, after a thorough review on your reply history, I can verify that your answers have fallen below minimum standards of fairness.

 I do appreciate your effort to try and prove that you actually review my account so I have reviewed your process for this and based on normal customer service guidelines you have lots of work to do to lift the restriction on my account. I want you to know that I value your comments and rest assured that I have carefully reviewed every details required before I came up to this decision. Please also note that all companies need to consistently provide service that result in a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes setting and meeting expectations by providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. I hope you understand that once a customer has been restricted from selling because eBay has failed to meet the requirements that customer will no longer use eBay as either a buyer or seller and will use social media to inform others of this failure.

 I am not interested to continue use of my account for buying, leave Feedback, access emails in My Messages and do most other administrative tasks without a basic store on eBay. In addition, I have used other platforms and have found that eBay users are more reliable with more consistency for me to succeed online. I appreciate your eagerness to reinstate my account, so I recommend you to take a look into different methods to accomplish this and take with you the things you learned as an eBay Trust & Safety employee. Please remember that eBay is a platform for your job to find style of service and selling. You can take this and turn it into something bigger as I have seen this many others do, so there is no reason why you can benefit from your experience on eBay. You can see here on my account that I been with eBay since 2011 and have contributed to profits. This is not the outcome I was hoping for, but with a little understanding and effort you can change the results. I appreciate your diligence and passion and hope you find success on this matter
