Did you get an Unpaid Item Dispute notice from eBay?

Is the seller claiming the item is not yet paid?

Is the seller fairly new? It is possible that he is still subject to the 21 Day Paypal Hold on cleared payments. This is a form of Buyer Protection that new sellers often misunderstand.

Is your Paypal  account backed by a credit card? Or by your bank account? A bank payment will come out of your account immediately but takes up to 10 days to clear the Canadian and US banking systems. Your seller may not know this.

Did you pay the correct account? Send the seller the email address you paid to. He may have made a typo and the money went nowhere.

I see a Coke boys hoodie in your history. Did you purchase the girls sweater on ebay also or was it done through email only? If it was not purchased through ebay then there is a possibility you were ripped off.
