I don't understand.
I write all my descriptions in TextEdit and add the HTML coding, then cut and paste them into the Sell Your Item form. Is that what you mean?
If you use a PC you can use TurboLister, but no one has ever clearly explained the reason this is better than the SYI form. Except for free choice of when listings will start, which is a paid option on the SYI form.

of course. That makes sense. Why didn't I think of that?
So you have a set design that you use over and over and just cut and paste.
Now I probably could have figured that out myself but I guess it seems too easy.
Listing on eBay can de daunting to say the last.
