You can pay for it.
That will remove it and get you the item you bid on and confirmed that you wanted twice.
You can not pay for it.
In about four days the seller will close the Dispute. You will get a Strike that will make it harder to bid on eBay in future because most sellers have automatic Blocks against bidders with Strikes.
That's about it.

Hello 'peaknins1972',
<< I have an unpaid Item on my account which i did not want. How do i remove it?>>
It is just about impossible to buy something 'accidentally' on ebay because you have to click to buy then click to agree and the pop-up boxes asking you to commit to the purchase are pretty hard to misinterpret.
You have 2 choices, -- pay for the item or live with the Unpaid strike on your account.
Buying but not paying is considered very poor form on ebay. So serious is it that ebay says, "Excessive unpaid items on a buyer's account may result in range of action, including limits on buying and selling privileges or suspension of the account."

You are obviously new and I realize that ebay does not provide any indication of all this, instead encouraging people to bid bid bid and buy buy buy.
So make a decision. Maybe just pay for the item since you liked it enough to buy it in the first place. Then be more cautious in future. You might like to have a look at this link:

In future when you see something you fancy, beneath the Buy it Now button is the phrase 'Add to watch list'.
Click that, - and the item is saved in your personal watch list you can access from the My eBay at the top of the page. That way you can ogle it all you want until you are sure you really want it. Using the Watch List is a great way to shop around and price compare whilst making up your mind about it all.
Good luck, and happy shopping.
