When you sell an item ,i like to know who sends the invoice,do i or ebay..this is why i ask that question is when i sell an item i seem to draw all low feedback buyers under 10..they never pay and then the item gets tied up for the next 8 days..4 days waiting for payment then 4 days diding pay case..what a loss of time for me..then you relist and go through the whole thing again with low feedback buyers..i dont know if they are geting an invoice at all..looking for an answer Please Tracy

Send an invoice. Better that the buyer gets two than none at all.

After Day Three if the buyer has not paid, send a polite note asking if the customer needs help with his Paypal account . (You don't have to care, this is just an icebreaker.)

About half, in my experience will promptly apologize, pay and leave positive feedback. Ship promptly and leave positive feedback yourself. Encourage good behaviour.

The rest will never be heard from. Put those on your Blocked Bidder List (Seller Preferences/ Manage Bidders). Open an Unpaid Item Dispute on Day Four, close it on Day Eight. He cannot leave feedback, he gets a Strike that will make it harder to bid on eBay in future, and you get your fees back.

WalMart gets shopthieves. We just get people who abandon their purchases. Could be worse.

Darn annoying though.

Oh! Looked at your listings and I think I see part of the problem.

You are selling used shoes to young men.

Some of your bidders don't realize the shoes are second-hand. Put that in your title. You will promptly lose some of the bidders who didn't read, and got the willies about wearing other people's shoes.

And most of your bidders are going to be young men-- a demographic that is , how to put this gently, not great on completing tasks? entitled? testosterone-poisoned? Anyway, this is a group that is always hard to deal with.

Could be worse. Stay well away from the ladies selling "reborns". They are terrifying.
