why do we not get the balance of the items we ordered or at least find out the value that we've used

I HAVE A CARD ON MY PAYPAL BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PAY ON THAT CARD ON A REGULAR BASIS. BUT I CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE LINGO ON MY CARD, AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I AM PAYING FOR MOST TIMES. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS.

STOP SHOUTING!

Thank you.

It looks as if you are only buying.

Each of your purchases is on your Paypal account page with the date you made the payment, the name of the seller and under "Details"  what the item is.

In addition, there is the total amount you paid, usually in US dollars.

Now.

If the item you bought from a US shipper is being shipped through the Global Shipping Program, which prepays your duty and sales taxes, there will also be, with the same Details, a payment to Pitney Bowes which runs the GSP and will remit your payment to the Canadian Government.

This is new and confuses a lot of people.

I am glad you want to pay by credit card through Paypal processing. This is the fastest and safest way to pay and offers the most Buyer Protection.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how I attached my own credit card since it was over a decade ago and I am old and forgetful.

What is with those people that think capital letters mean we are shouting?

Those capital letters make it easier to read!  It doesn't mean we are shouting!!

As for leaving negative comments in feedback, I always use capital letters because it take up lots of space and get good attention by anyone that way.  Thanks.

Sorry but I disagree. All caps make it more difficult to read.
