your website is effective to those who are not familiar with buying and selling

I have just recently starting to use ebay ...I cannot believe how difficult it is to get customer support that actually will help me with an issue - I could almost sense that this is by design ....you need to be careful.  We are customers with real money - please talk to your support design people - I have a few friends that have said the exact same thing - they do not use Ebay anymore.

And you are not the only one with this problem.

In fact, you may find that this user-to-user board is a better source for useful advice than the company lines, staffed by clerks who have never bought or sold here.
