Can someone here get a message to a buyer for me? The eBay system won't let me communicate anywhere on the site. I have an account in good standing, it must be some tech glitch.
Even if you can't deliver a message for me, could someone please acknowledge that this message is viewable.

You message is indeed viewable. How do you know your buyer didn't receive your message? How did you contact him?

It's actually two buyers. I tried just clicking the 'reply' button in the email the buyer sent but that was dead. I then clicked 'reply' in my email program, made sure the 'from' line showed my ebay email address, wrote my message and clicked 'send'. Less than a minute later I got an email from ebay explaining that my email was blocked because it was from an unauthorized email address. I went to ebay, into 'My Messages' and found the 'reply' button there was also dead. I've tried ebay but I have no way of knowing if they're getting my messages.
For the moment though I have an incorrect item and a clock ticking on my opportunity to return it.
I haven't been here in some time; is it my imagination or has ebay gotten much worse in the last two years? (search is nearly useless, lots of glitches, even less support than before)
