GSP - How can it take this long??

Hi,

I've got an item underway from UK to Norway. While I'm used to ordering stuff from UK, the ebay delivery times via the Global Shipping Program is horrid.

Normally I would choose DHL, they actually deliver items at my doorstep within 24h, if it exits the UK shop at the correct time.  This is also true of non-express packages.

But through Pitney Bowes and the GSP, I1ve waited now for 14 days, and my local carrier still hasn't received the parcel in norway. What can I do? No use complaining to the seller, as they were prompt on delivering the box to the parcel service.

You've found yourself on the Canadian discussion boards, @el-marty.  Our dealings with the GSP are more with the original US version of the program rather than the UK one.

I suggest you post your query somewhere on the eBay.co.uk discussion boards where you're more likely to find UK sellers with some experience in using the UK GSP to send items to Norway.
