I bought 2 different items from 2 different vendors and got 2 different tracking numbers from OrangeConnex but in each case, my package was never delivered. The problem is the last 9 dated and time stamped entries (right down to the minute and second) on both tracking numbers were identical. Also the very last identical dated and time stamped entry was a little over 2 weeks ago, where both packages were ''delivered to the local facility'.
I asked ChatGPT and yep - this is a known situation:
Reused or hijacked tracking: Sellers sometimes attach a real OrangeConnex number that belongs to someone else’s parcel so the timeline looks “active” (or even “delivered” in your area). Community reports describe SpeedPAK/OrangeConnex numbers showing movement or “delivered” without the buyer ever receiving the item.
I also asked Microsoft Copilot AI about this situation at its reply was:
What This Suggests
• Fabricated Tracking History: The identical entries strongly suggest the data was cloned or auto-generated.
• Internal Mishandling or Theft: If the packages were scanned into a facility but never scanned out, they may have been lost or stolen internally.
• Systemic Issue: If Orangeconnex is involved in both shipments, this could point to a broader pattern of misconduct or negligence.

So I'm asking has anyone else run up against this same issue?
