Editing Listing Settings

I noticed this last week. Wasn't sure if it was a temporary glitch or a new permanent change. I am no longer able to click on preferences to  update/modify postal code and returns policy. Promoted slider tab below still works fine. Preference tab below Promoted Tab works intermittently. If anyone else can do a quick test it would be appreciated? This was noted on a PC using Chrome.

I noticed the same thing last night on Safari and on Firefox. It works on .com for listings created there so it must be only a .ca problem.

It appears this issue has been resolved. Tested on several listings and link/toggle are both now working.
