devon@ebay Has the monthly forum for Canadian sellers been cancelled, turfed, discontinued, scrubbed, abandoned, dropped, mothballed? Last one was back in May. Should anyone with issues rely on the com version/forum? Not sure how well that work, when anything ca does not always work the same way on com.

As for the link referred to in post 5 from the May discussion, it still has not been corrected. It brings you to the help page on taxes.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! The monthly chat had to get paused for a few months due to changes on the back-end. My goal is to have it brought back either September or October as everything should be set back in stone.

Going forward can sellers/buyers still message you here via a discussion post IF something urgent comes up? I believe messaging you directly like we could in the past with other eBay employees is not possible currently.

PS. As a sidenote attempting to use eBay for Business WAS helpful for getting more timely helpful responses compared to eBay CS. Since they have updated the contact info in the past few weeks it now gets a steady dialtone. Seems like the lights are on but no one is home.
