Trying to pay seller fees

good grief, can someone tell me how to contact customer service.  Everything I have found such as call us or we will call you is "temporarily unavailable".  I am trying to make a one time payment for my seller fees and the system won't allow me to do so.  I haven't sold on ebay for a few years and am not impressed with all the changes.  I think ebay wants me to sign up for automatic payments for my account.  What happened to freedom of choice?

Hi @coleyspointcrafts - can you get me more detail about what happens when you attempt to make a one time payment? If you have any error codes or screenshots that will help me help you!

Thanks!

Under my account, I go here:

You can make a one-time payment using PayPal or another payment method.

 Then I get:

One-time payment for fees

I choose Paypal, enter the amount to paid and the button to continue the transaction stays a grey colour and won't highlight.

I then tried to contact ebay by telephone but I get this message:

This contact channel is temporarily unavailable

So, how do I pay my seller fees?

Thanks for this additional info @coleyspointcrafts  -

This is a known technical issue currently being investigated that is impacting a few members.

In their review, the tech team has asked to make sure that you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled, as the One Time Payment flow requires a pop-up when PayPal is selected.

If you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled and do not have any additional log in windows that come up when you try to make a one time payment please let me know so I can add you to the open ticket. Thanks!

I've seen numerous sellers on both .ca and .com say that phone service for customer service has been 'unavailable'.  Are they planning on stopping phone customer service or is there some other reason why it hasn't been fixed yet?

Thanks for this @coleyspointcrafts - I've gotten you added to the open ticket, hoping to see a fix on this quickly!

@pjcdn2005  - In doing some review there were scattered reports of contact issues late last week, but I am not seeing anything widespread as of this week. Definitely no plans to discontinue phone support. 🙂

Trying to pay seller fees

Hello, I've been having the same problem when paying my seller fees. The button "make a one-time payment" is greyed out and cannot be pressed, even if you change the payment method and payment amount. This has been happening since my yearly subscription renewed on May 1. I have to wait for Ebay to take the fees automatically from my Paypal account, I have no choice which method I want to use to pay my fees, it has to be from my Paypal balance, can't choose credit card or debit because of this. I inserted a screenshot.

Also, many people are having a hard time contacting Ebay for support, this should never be an issue, in any business, ever. Seems like Ebay doesn't care about it's business, not fixing errors, cannot contact them, creating new errors and problems with updates. The list of errors on this site is so long, I can't keep track anymore, it would take hours to post them all here, which I don't have time for, especially knowing Ebay is incapable of fixing errors, it would fall on deaf ears. Ebay needs to do something about all these errors, people are tired of waiting for fixes that never come. There are still errors from years ago that haven't been fixed. We cannot use a platform for business if it isn't functional, or is not able to be contacted with the many growing issues Ebay is having! Opening a ticket does nothing, it just adds to the huge error list that Ebay has. Maybe Ebay could hire some people for the technical department to fix technical issues, just a thought.
