G'morning Devon....On the eBay label front there are ongoing concerns (multiple tags) still with Expedited Lite service where Canadian sellers are getting revised bills after the fact. When buyers direct their issue to CP they are told to check with CP. When they check with CP they are told to check with eBay. Because an explanation is NOT included with the revised bill it makes it very challenging/frustrating from a seller perspective. As per the recent posts the sellers, as far as they can tell are entering the correct info. Still not super helpful that when eBay prints the label it defaults to 5 x 5 x 5 cm. Instead of what the seller entered. A parcel of that size would not even be big enough to apply a label to.
There are issues with consistent charging for labels. In the past it was mostly 2 days. I have shipments that have been processed/delivered still waiting to see bill for. Because there is no way to reliably hold funds this can cause problems for sellers.
Intl tracked shipments are not getting updated in eBay. On the local (countries) website the item will show delivered. eBay will only show processed in destination country.
Unsure if this issue has been addressed but with US CP services being disabled eBay is still letting buyers complete their purchase by choosing a CP service. The difference between CP and the additional options can be substantial.
Thanks

Sellers also need the option for either dispose or return at their discretion for international shipments. If item is low value in many cases returning is not worth expense. Both options were available with Shippo if you used the available long form.

Can you please clarify whether the 200g weight limit for eBay's special 'Expedited Lite' shipping labels refers to actual weight or to the greater of actual weight and 'Volumetric Equivalent [VE] of Weight'?
