Like a few others, I'd like to know if there is any way to correct the registration information on my account(s) or when this will be availible. I tried to fix this before managed payments and was told it was being worked on then. In the meantime I opened a US bank account since I couldn't use my Canadian ones. Now I'm being told I can't change my registration address. I've heard that the backend team is aware of this and working on it, but when can we expect to see a solution? Being told I have to reregister not only loses my sales history, repeat clients, username but also the email address I've used to register the account. What heppens if I move/expand my business in the future?

A item I purchased was supposed to be delivered on Monday, Jan.24/22 in Winnipeg, MB (the tracking indicates it was out for delivery that day... ).
eBay Delivery Services Tracking # ESUS74396337.
There was no delivery as of Jan.25/22. Who handles the final leg of delivery for eBay Delivery Services for Winnipeg, Manitoba??
My last package using eBay Delivery Services was delivered to a neighbor down the street and he had to personally delivered it to me. Do these people know how to read a shipping label?
Any insight will be helpful...

Hi,
I don't know what's going on.... Tracking Number ESUS74396337 doesn't exist on Canada Post Tracking. So I don't know who has my package or why there's an issue with Verifying Recipients Address. I have 5-10 transactions a year from this US Seller.
There always seems to be a problem with eBay Delivery Services....

The link didn't work for you. @silverdreamfilm? I entered your tracking number and found that delivery was attempted on the 24th, but the information associated with that delivery attempt says that there was a problem with the address and it's getting verified. It might be the same problem as the last time your item was handled by EasyShip/eBay Delivery Services.
There's even a USPS/Canada Post tracking number associated with the shipment that starts with an "LZ" prefix. The tracking information for Winnipeg is pretty much the same as what can be found by using the "Track My Shipment" page I linked in my previous post.
Give it another day or two.

Yes, thank you, I didn't notice the USPS tracking number. When I copy and paste Tracking Number ESUS74396337 into the Canada Post website it comes up as invalid. But when I copy and paste Tracking Number LZ225988489US it shows up on the Canada Post website. I will have to phone Canada Post tomorrow. Thank you.

I've bought postage via eBay a dozen or so times in the past few months. I'm on managed payments and the deduction for that postage is posted a few days later. I've noticed that the deducted amount is always greater than the amount shown when I buy the postage. Latest one was bought (Jan 24) said $36.71 when I bought it. Payment deduction (Jan 26) was $37.37. These differences all seem to be in the 50c to 75c range. Any idea what is going on?

Could you please clarify this...I won't ask again. 🙂 I know that if a Canadian has a US address and starts to join or is invited to join MP that they are then unable to change their address to one in Canada. If they change their address to a Canadian one before being invited or before starting to register for MP are they then able to change it and then register for MP on .ca?

Hi @levelzeromotorsports - I do not have a time frame for you in this particular situation. You could continue to work with support to see if they have any options for you until another solution is reached, but other than that the only option is to open a new account with your physical address in Canada as the registration address.

Hmmm.... @silverdreamfilm - this one looks like it's been scanned as 'out for delivery' since the 24th (which seems a little odd). If it's passed your estimated delivery date in the Order Details you could work with CS to open an Item not Received request.
Unusally enough I can use the website that @marnotom! shared to see tracking info - it's odd that it gives you an error. I can also see, based on that website's info, that it is a Canada Post shipment.

Hi @busybeas_books - this is really interesting! My first hazarded guess is that this is a remeasure/reweigh situation where the courier reweighs or measures the package once they take charge of it and then passes the updated charges (or credits) back to you via payment updates.
If that doesn't seem to be it would you mind sending a few examples to ebaylabels@ebay.ca so that the shipping team can review?

@pjcdn2005 - no worries at all, this has been a confusing process for all of us! Happy to clarify where I can:
The registration address is the determining factor for the payments program that an account is (for lack of a better word) 'enrolled' into. A member can have US-shipping addresses on file with us and that won't impact them at all.
If a member's account has been invited to register for payments they should still be able to change their registration address prior to starting the registration process for payments. Once begun/completed there is no way to change it currently.
