Hello, I sold an item on ebay 2 months ago (April 11) and today the buyer filed a dispute (June 10). I thought that buyers only had 45 days to open a dispute? She never even let me know that she hadn't received the item prier to filing the dispute. The item was sold 2 months ago, so it no longer even shows in the "sold" list.

The seller is offering me to buy is item i didnt win, because the winner wants the item ship to China. He wants me to give him my email address so he can send me a paypal invoice. I refuse. He then tells me hes not aloud to sell on ebay till the first day of next month, that he,s an honest seller and everything we buy from paypal is protect. I seriously doubt about that as i read paypal user agreements. My english is not that good though... Can anyone help me with this? Is this a fraudulent seller? Thank you

I have a newish buyer that is trying to pay for an item she bought using debit. There are 4 buys to her credit and she says " For some reason I am having trouble with my paypal acct.. It keeps telling me that my card needs an exp. date and security code when in fact it doesn't. It's just a regular debit card.
