I would suggest printing the label directly from eBay. That leaves no stone unturned as the address is populated automatically by eBay's system. You're not manually choosing the shipping address. Keep in mind, you may want to use Canada Post Expedited or Canada Post Xpress Post if you need insurance or a more reliable service than Tracked Packet.
At the very least, contact eBay directly using the help pages and confirm the shipping address. You can also use eBay's support page on Twitter or Facebook.

It might be a scenario where this specific buyer has an address that does not qualify for the AG program. The last time I had an AG order, they shipped to the buyer using Fedex. If this person is buying using a PO Box or Freight Forwarder, it is possible that Fedex cannot ship there, so the order won't qualify for AG.

It won't go through the authenticity program because the buyer isn't in Canada so you will ship directly to the buyer. Since the buyer is in the US they would not have seen the AG logo on that listing so they should know that it will be shipped direct to them.
