Hello,
Buyer used the incorrect address so the package was undeliverable, then the carrier lost the package while sending it back to the seller.
Is the seller still responsable for refunding the buyer?

No, as long as the tracking shows undeliverable.
The Buyer is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date address and contact info; the Monsy Back Guarantee has been invalidated, and the Buyer loses any claim.
You are not obliged to refund any amount.

No.
The buyer is responsible for supplying a useable address.
They didn't.
The shipment was Undeliverable.
The seller is not required by eBay to refund a single red cent.
The shipper /carrier is responsible to the seller for the lost shipment.
And if the buyer goes to eBay with an Item Not Received, if the Seller actively puts the tracking number in the Claim, eBay will not require any refund.
If the buyer tries a chargeback, and the Seller actively puts the tracking number in the Claim, eBay will work for the Seller to block the chargeback.
This entire situation is not your fault or your responsibility.
